By placing an order with Michigan Harvest Displays, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

All Sales Are Final
Due to the seasonal and perishable nature of our products, all sales are final once an order is placed. Orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Each order reserves pumpkins, materials, labor, and installation capacity specifically for your business or commercial property.

Installation Scheduling
Installation dates are subject to availability and may be adjusted due to weather, product availability, delivery conditions, property access, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers will receive a text message or email during the week leading up to installation with the expected installation window and any additional details. If Michigan Harvest Displays needs to reschedule an installation, we will contact you and arrange the next reasonable available date.

Property Access and Authorization
By purchasing an installation, you authorize Michigan Harvest Displays and its team to access the exterior areas of the property reasonably necessary to deliver, arrange, and install the display.

You confirm that you are authorized to approve the installation at the designated property. Any required permission from the property owner, landlord, management company, municipality, dealership, shopping center, or other party is the customer’s responsibility.

Please ensure that entrances, sidewalks, loading areas, storefronts, signs, vehicles, and other designated installation areas are accessible at the scheduled time. A representative does not need to be present unless otherwise arranged.

Display Design and Product Selection
Pumpkins and gourds are natural, seasonal products. Colors, shapes, sizes, textures, markings, stems, and varieties will naturally vary.

Photos shown on our website, advertisements, proposals, and social media are examples of our work and do not guarantee an identical arrangement. Our designers will use their professional discretion to create a display consistent with the package purchased, the property layout, approved installation areas, brand considerations, and available seasonal inventory.

Pumpkin Care and Treatment
Before installation, our pumpkins are carefully cleaned and treated with a natural solution intended to help maintain their appearance and reduce pests.

However, pumpkins are perishable agricultural products, and Michigan Harvest Displays cannot guarantee how long any individual pumpkin will last. Weather, sunlight, heat, freezing temperatures, moisture, irrigation systems, wildlife, insects, handling, customer traffic, and other environmental conditions may affect the appearance and lifespan of the display.

After Installation
Once the display has been installed at the property, Michigan Harvest Displays is not responsible for deterioration, damage, movement, theft, vandalism, customer or employee interference, wildlife, insects, severe weather, landscaping activity, property maintenance, or other conditions occurring after installation.

Minor imperfections and natural changes are expected and are not considered defects.

Customer Cancellations and Changes
Because inventory, materials, labor, and installation capacity are reserved in advance, customer cancellations are not eligible for refunds.

Requests to change the installation date, location, package, or other order details will be accommodated when reasonably possible but cannot be guaranteed. Additional charges may apply when a requested change requires added materials, labor, travel, or redesign.

Weather and Safety
Autumn weather can be unpredictable. Michigan Harvest Displays reserves the right to postpone, pause, relocate, modify, or reschedule an installation when weather, traffic, property conditions, or other circumstances make the work unsafe or could significantly affect the quality of the display.

A weather-related postponement or rescheduling by Michigan Harvest Displays does not constitute a cancellation and is not grounds for a refund.

Property and Site Conditions
Michigan Harvest Displays will take reasonable care while working at the property. Customers are responsible for notifying us in advance of concealed hazards, restricted areas, underground systems, unstable surfaces, active construction, building policies, delivery restrictions, or other conditions that may affect installation.

Michigan Harvest Displays is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear, or damage resulting from unsafe, unstable, defective, or concealed property conditions.

Placement Near Entrances, Vehicles, and Signage
Displays must not obstruct emergency exits, accessible routes, fire equipment, traffic visibility, pedestrian walkways, or other legally required access points.

Michigan Harvest Displays may adjust the requested placement when necessary for safety, accessibility, or installation quality. The customer is responsible for communicating any property-specific placement rules before installation.

Photography and Marketing
Michigan Harvest Displays may photograph or record completed displays for use in our portfolio, website, advertising, promotional materials, and social media.

Business names, logos, storefronts, signage, and vehicles may appear in this content. If you prefer that your display or business identity not be photographed or used for marketing purposes, please notify us in writing before installation.

Product Availability and Substitutions
Specific pumpkin varieties, colors, sizes, and decorative materials depend on seasonal availability. Michigan Harvest Displays may substitute comparable pumpkins, gourds, or decorative elements when necessary while maintaining the overall style, scale, and value of the package purchased.

Display Maintenance and Removal
Unless maintenance or removal is specifically included in the purchased package or written agreement, the customer is responsible for maintaining and removing the display after installation.

Any maintenance, replacement, refresh, or removal services requested after installation may be subject to availability and additional charges.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Michigan Harvest Displays’ total liability arising from an order, delivery, or installation will not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the applicable order.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to waive or limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

Acceptance of Terms
By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to approve the installation and that you have reviewed and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including the All Sales Are Final policy.
